Why drone

Advantages over rope access and scaffolding

Operational safety
Zero people hanging off the facade — no more rope-access liability risk. OSHA and L&I compliant.
3× faster
Average operating time cut to a third compared to ropes or scaffolding under standard conditions.
No disruption
Streets, sidewalks, and building operations stay normal. No barricades, no detours, no city notice needed.
Full facade access
The drone maneuvers 360° — reaching geometric cutouts, eaves, and details ladders and swing stages can't.
Recycled, biodegradable water
Ground-level capture system + detergents approved for urban areas. Compliant with municipal regulations.
Documented 4K delivery
Every job delivers aerial before/after video — a quality audit for the client and a marketing asset for the building itself.

Transparency

What doesn't work — we say so before you ask

Operational transparency lowers unspoken objections and sets realistic expectations — good for your building and for our team.

01
Strong wind pauses the operation
Above 15 mph the drone is grounded for operational safety. We reschedule at no cost.
02
Height depends on the FAA waiver
Standard operation up to 120m. Above that, a specific case-by-case waiver is required — we assess it during the walkthrough.
03
Films and sensitive materials require testing
Facades with reflective film or special coatings get a prior test in a discreet area before the full job.
04
It doesn't replace interior cleaning
The service covers only the building's exterior surface. Interior and deep cleaning stays with Eagles or Ridgeline operations.
FAQ

Most common questions

What's the height limit?+

Standard equipment operates up to about 120m. Above that, it depends on an FAA waiver issued case by case. We assess it during the free walkthrough.

Does it work on any type of facade?+

Glass, ACM, paint, stone, and mixed surfaces. For reflective films or sensitive materials, we run a prior test in a discreet area before the full job.

How does payment work?+

After the free walkthrough, we send a fixed quote. No charge until you approve. For recurring contracts, we offer a progressive discount.

What about the water? Can it run onto public ground?+

We use a ground-level capture system + biodegradable detergents approved for urban areas. Compliant with municipal disposal regulations.

Is there insurance?+

Yes. The operation is covered by aerial (drone) liability insurance and commercial general liability insurance — proof is provided before every job.
