1. About the Platform and Acceptance of Terms

Eagles Cleaning LLC ("Eagles Home Services", "we", "our", or "us") operates an online marketplace platform accessible at eagleshome.services and related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform connects individuals and businesses seeking cleaning services ("Customers") with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaning Professionals") operating in the Seattle metropolitan area and neighboring communities in the State of Washington.

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, creating an account, requesting a quote, booking a service, or registering as a Cleaning Professional — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eagles Cleaning LLC. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver in Section 16. By using the Platform, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the Eagles Home Services website, subdomains, booking tool, and any related tools or services provided by Eagles Cleaning LLC.

"Customer" means any individual, business, or organization that uses the Platform to request, schedule, or receive Professional Services.

"Cleaning Professional" or "CP" means any self-employed independent contractor who registers on the Platform to offer cleaning services to Customers.

"Professional Services" means the cleaning and related services performed by Cleaning Professionals, arranged but not provided by Eagles Home Services.

"Booking" means a confirmed appointment between a Customer and a Cleaning Professional for Professional Services, facilitated by the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. When creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

Eagles Home Services is a technology platform — not a cleaning service provider. The Cleaning Professionals who use our platform are self-employed independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Eagles Cleaning LLC.

Eagles Home Services does not direct, control, or supervise the delivery of Professional Services by Cleaning Professionals. The relationship between a Customer and a Cleaning Professional is a direct service engagement between two independent parties.

5. Platform Services, Bookings, and Customer Obligations

The Platform facilitates the connection between Customers and Cleaning Professionals. When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and service needs.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the property for the scheduled Cleaning Professional. If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time, the full service fee may be charged.

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not bypass or attempt to bypass any security feature of the Platform.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize the charge of the amounts corresponding to the booked service.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will incur the full service fee.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method.

7. Property Damage Claims

In the event of property damage during a service, the Customer must notify Eagles Home Services within 24 hours of service completion.

The Cleaning Professionals on the platform operate as licensed businesses in the State of Washington and are responsible for direct damage caused by their specific actions. The maximum reimbursement per covered occurrence is US$200 for new or newly installed items.

8. Incident Reporting

Any incident, including damage, injury, or inappropriate behavior, must be reported to Eagles Home Services as soon as possible and, in any case, within 24 hours of the incident.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance: full refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours: full service fee applies.

Reschedules requested more than 72 hours in advance: no charge.

10. Professional Standards and Rating

The Cleaning Professionals on the platform are rated based on the performance of completed jobs. Eagles Home Services may remove Professionals from the platform who do not meet quality or conduct standards.

Eagles Home Services does not guarantee the availability of any specific Professional for future bookings.

11. Ratings, Reviews, and User Content

By submitting ratings, reviews, or other content, you grant Eagles Home Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content.

You agree to provide only honest and accurate feedback based on your actual experience. False or misleading reviews are prohibited.

12. Prohibited Conduct and Non-Solicitation

The following are prohibited: contacting or hiring Cleaning Professionals directly outside the platform for a period of 24 months after the last platform-facilitated booking; using the platform for illegal purposes; harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users; and providing false information.

Violation of the non-solicitation clause may result in a fee of US$2,500 per occurrence.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Eagles Home Services platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eagles Cleaning LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

EAGLES HOME SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EAGLES CLEANING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

The total liability of Eagles Cleaning LLC arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for services in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) US$100.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND NOT BY LITIGATION IN COURT.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the JAMS rules and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Each party must bring its own claims individually.

Exception: either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eagles Cleaning LLC and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

18. Gift Cards

Eagles Home Services gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are transferable and may be combined.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Eagles Home Services is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

20. Modifications to the Terms and the Platform

Eagles Home Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Termination

Eagles Home Services may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

23. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Eagles Home Services to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eagles Cleaning LLC regarding the use of the Platform.
