Eagles Cleaning LLC ("Eagles Home Services", "we", "our", or "us") operates an online marketplace platform that connects homeowners, renters, and businesses ("Customers") with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaning Professionals") in the Seattle, Washington area and neighboring communities.

Platform model — important to understand: Eagles Home Services is a technology platform and marketplace intermediary. The independent Cleaning Professionals who use our platform are self-employed independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Eagles Cleaning LLC. Eagles Home Services does not employ Cleaning Professionals and does not direct or control the manner in which they provide their services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our platform, including: Customers (homeowners, renters, property managers, and businesses); Cleaning Professionals (self-employed independent contractors); Website visitors (anyone who visits eagleshome.services); and Gift Card recipients.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on how you use our platform. Information is collected in two ways: directly from you and automatically through your use of the website.

Information provided by Customers: name, email address, phone, and service address; booking details (service type, dates, home size, special instructions, property access notes); payment information (processed by our PCI-DSS compliant processor — we do not store raw card numbers); and service preferences.

Home Watch and Care Services information: property access credentials (door codes, smart-lock access, alarm codes), scheduled visit times, plant care instructions, and item location instructions.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and website usage data. We use cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to: facilitate bookings and connections between Customers and Professionals; process payments and issue receipts; communicate scheduling updates and confirmations; respond to questions and support requests; improve our platform and user experience; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications (only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time).

We do not use your personal information for purposes incompatible with those listed above without prior notice and, where required, your consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:

With Cleaning Professionals: we share the information necessary for service delivery (address, access instructions, cleaning preferences) with the Professional assigned to your booking.

With service providers: we work with third-party partners who help us operate our platform (payment processing, hosting, analytics). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your information.

As required by law: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience, understand how the site is used, and remember your preferences. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us understand site usage; marketing cookies (if enabled) are used for relevant communications.

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request the deletion of your information; opt out of marketing communications; and withdraw consent where applicable.

Washington State residents have additional rights under the Washington Consumer Privacy Act (WPA), including the right to: access personal data we process about you; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data; obtain a copy of your data; and opt out of processing for targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.

We do not sell personal data as defined by the WPA. To exercise your rights, submit a verifiable request through the contact form on our website. We will respond within 45 days.

Our platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
