What an Eagles Home Services Gift Card Is
Eagles Home Services gift cards are digital gift certificates applied to professional residential cleaning services in Seattle and neighboring cities, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Shoreline, and other King County cities.
The gift card value is applied as a dollar credit toward a single cleaning visit. The recipient chooses the date, time, and cleaning priorities, and the gift card value is deducted directly from the service.
Delivery and Activation
Gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. You can also print the certificate to give in person.
The gift card is activated at the time of purchase and can be redeemed at any time — there is no waiting period.
Personalize it with a personal message, occasion, and amount before sending.
Validity
Eagles Home Services gift cards have no expiration date. The recipient can redeem whenever it is most convenient, with no deadline pressure.
There is no inactivity fee or charge for non-use.
How to Redeem
The recipient can redeem the gift card by visiting the website to book a service.
The gift card is redeemed in a single visit and applied as a dollar credit toward that session.
The recipient can use the gift card in two ways: (1) task-based cleaning — selecting specific rooms or tasks to be completed within the gift card value; or (2) project-based cleaning — applying the gift card to a complete service such as move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, or recurring cleaning.
If the selected service exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid at the time of booking.
Eligible Services
Gift cards can be applied to any Eagles Home Services residential service, including: custom cleaning, deep cleaning / spring cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and recurring cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
Gift cards do not apply to Home Watch and Care services, cancellation fees, or other charges unrelated to cleaning services.
Coverage Area
Gift cards are valid for residential services within Eagles Home Services coverage areas, including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Shoreline, Kenmore, Burien, and other King County cities.
The recipient must confirm that their address is within the service area when booking the service.
Transfer and Combining
Gift cards can be transferred to another person — simply provide the gift card code at booking.
Multiple gift cards can be combined to cover a larger service.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by applicable law.
Refund and Cancellation
Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by the law of the State of Washington.
If a booking made with a gift card is cancelled more than 72 hours in advance, the value is restored to the gift card for future use.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will incur the full service fee, which will be deducted from the gift card balance.
