Eagles Home Services Home Watch and Care services are designed to give homeowners peace of mind while they are away. They consist of non-professional visual walkthroughs performed by independent professionals on the Eagles Home Services platform — they are not home inspectors and no specialized tools or equipment are used.

- Home Watch and Care services are visual observation services only. The professionals who perform them are not licensed home inspectors, contractors, or engineers.
- These services are not a substitute for professional inspections or licensed assessments of any kind.
- Eagles Home Services assumes no responsibility for conditions that are not visually apparent during a walkthrough.
- All walkthroughs are documented with photos and videos for your records.
Safety Check
A complete walkthrough of the home to confirm the property is secure and properly set up before or after your time away.
Includes
- Confirmation that the alarm system is armed
- Verification that all accessible doors and windows are locked
- Verification that the garage is secure
- Confirmation that the thermostat is set to the level specified by the client
- Walkthrough fully photographed and filmed for documentation
Limitation: This service is a visual confirmation only. Eagles Home Services does not test the structural integrity or mechanical operation of any lock, door, window, alarm, or garage mechanism. Eagles Home Services is not responsible for alarm activations, false-alarm fines, or any consequences arising from interactions with the alarm system during a visit.
Storm and Leak Check
A basic property check for absent homeowners, looking for visible signs of weather- or moisture-related issues.
Includes
- Visual check for visible water intrusion, drips, or standing water
- Check for open or unsecured windows after a storm
- Observation of lights left on or obvious energy waste
- Walkthrough fully photographed and filmed for documentation
Limitation: This is a surface-level visual check only. No professional tools, moisture meters, thermal imaging, plumbing equipment, or diagnostic instruments are used. Hidden leaks, structural problems, or conditions not visible to the naked eye are outside the scope of this service.
Forget Something?
We visit your home to locate a specific item you left behind, confirm it visually, and leave it secure for pickup or delivery.
Includes
- Item located and photographed for your confirmation
- Item placed in a secure, accessible location of your choice
- Optional shipping of the item or document copy available for a quoted additional fee
- Video-call assistance available upon request
Limitation: Eagles Home Services is not responsible for items that cannot be located or that were misplaced before arrival. Optional shipping or document copying is performed at the client's sole direction and risk. Professionals on the Eagles Home Services platform do not handle cash, medications, firearms, or high-value items without prior written agreement.
Mailbox Check
Your mail is collected from the mailbox and placed securely inside your home.
Includes
- Mail retrieved only from the exterior residential mailbox (does not include P.O. boxes or secure parcel lockers)
- Mail placed inside the home in a designated location per the client's instructions
Limitation: Eagles Home Services is not responsible for mail that was not present upon arrival, was lost or stolen before or after retrieval, or contains items of extraordinary value. Clients should not rely on this service for urgent or high-value deliveries.
Water Plants
Your indoor plants are watered according to the specific instructions you provide.
Includes
- Indoor plants watered according to the amount and frequency specified by the client
- Visit documented with photos for confirmation
Limitation: Eagles Home Services is not responsible for the health, survival, or damage of decorative plants. Service responsibility is limited to carrying out the instructions provided by the client. Plants not mentioned in the instructions will not be watered.
