Commercial Cleaning & Facility Care Pricing

Commercial cleaning is priced by square foot and frequency — the market standard. We estimate labor hours by area type (production rate) and express the value as a per-sqft range per month.

The ranges below are for reference. The final price is confirmed in a free walkthrough.

Commercial cleaning cost varies widely by facility type: clinics and restaurants sit at the top of the range because they demand more protocols and time, while schools and warehouses sit at the bottom. Skilled labor, insurance, and compliance are the factors that weigh most on the region's base price.

What Affects the Price

Even in the same district, two facilities can have very different prices. These are the main factors.

Size and Layout (sqft)

Cleanable square footage is the main driver. Layouts with many rooms and partitions slow the cleaning speed (production rate).

Visit Frequency

Daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. More frequency raises the monthly total but lowers the cost per visit.

Facility Type

Clinics and restaurants require more protocols and time; offices and retail have faster production.

Scope of Tasks

Restrooms, kitchens, floors, glass, and disinfection defined in the Scope of Work — each task adds hours.

Soil Level and Traffic

High-traffic, dirtier environments increase the service time per area.

Restrooms and Fixtures

Each toilet, urinal, and sink is estimated per unit — restrooms are critical cost points.

Floor Type

Carpet, hard floors, and specialty floors have different speeds and treatments.

Access, Hours, and Region

After-hours cleaning, building access, and regional logistics impact the cost.
